HOUSE RULES

We’re delighted to have you staying with us. We hope you’ll feel right at home and enjoy your stay with as much as possible.

To help us ensure this for you and future guests we appreciate your cooperation with our accommodation policies listed below.

SECURING YOUR PROPERTY

If you leave the property at any time during your stay, for any length of time, all doors and windows must be closed, locked and checked as you leave.

PARKING

Please follow our guidance on where you can park your vehicle and make your client liaison aware of your vehicle registration. Please also advise your client liaison if you bring additional vehicles or change vehicles during your stay.

If you encounter any difficulty parking during your stay with us please contact your client liaison so that we can help you as soon as possible.

NEIGHBOUR CONSIDERATION

Our neighbours are a part of our community and so we kindly ask you to be considerate of them while staying with us.

We must be clear that if the behaviour of one or more of our guests disturbs the quiet enjoyment of other occupants or our neighbours, we may remove guests without allowing further disruption to take place.

This may require us to take appropriate measures to ensure the guest will have no need to return to the property. If the guest/s in question are part of a group, we may remove the group from the property.

We also ask you to bear in mind our neighbours when playing music, and when entering and exiting the property.

SMOKING POLICY

All our properties a non-smoking. If you would like to smoke please do so outside, making sure nearby doors and windows of your property are closed.

For the protection of our properties and the future comfort of our guests we will charge an extra cleaning fee and may hold any deposit if evidence of smoking is found in our properties.

Please discard fully extinguished and dampened cigarette butts in the external bins.

SHOE POLICY

We ask you to kindly follow our no shoes policy to help us keep the property clean for you. Please keep your outdoor shoes on the shoe rack in the hallway, near the front door.

We have provided complimentary slippers for you, with additional pairs of bathroom slippers located in the bathroom drawers.

PETS POLICY

We unfortunately cannot accommodate pets of any kind. We appreciate your understanding and ask you to bear this in mind if meeting with friends at one of our properties.

KITCHEN POLICY

We love home cooking and encourage you to make use of the facilities in the kitchen during your stay.

To keep the kitchen in the clean and well-presented we kindly ask that you do not use chip pans in the kitchen, keep at least one nearby window open while cooking, and always use the overhead extractor fan when using the cooker hob.

USE OF TOWELS

We kindly ask that all provided towels and linens are only used within the property and not taken outside for use in the garden or at the beach.

The towels we provide are professionally cleaned for you every week. With this in mind, please leave all towels somewhere our housekeepers can find them.

If you need extra towels or linens, or if you have any questions about your housekeeping day, please contact your client liaison.

REPORTING PROBLEMS

If you need to report something or have any concerns during your stay please contact your client liaison immediately so that we can help you as soon as possible. It's always best to solve a small problem early than to let it get bigger.
