What's more, traditional accommodation options are finding it harder to give us everything we need...

What's worse, all those utilities and services have to be set up under your name.

We delved deep into researching the Peterborough corporate accommodation market to understand where we could help best...

We found the usual booking platforms offering many holiday lets, weekend traveller accommodation, and budget hotel alternatives...

Many with a really broad mix of reviews and feedback from paying guests.

Maybe the other options were already taken?

Many properties managed remotely by hosts and agencies based far away from Peterborough...

With key boxes for check-in, "functional" furnishings, and little or no inspection between guests (according to some of the reviews!).

And, like many broadband and energy suppliers, no straight-forward way to speak to the people running it.

The options didn't look great for clients and guests wanting something different...

WHAT HAPPENED NEXT?

In our first 9 months we really paid our dues and learned a lot fast about running a hospitality business.

Many long evenings and weekends deep, and it felt like we were creating something that would stand the test of time.

Our approach attracted more and more clients looking for longer stays of up to 3 months and more.

And then...

March 2020. Having just set up our fourth property to go live, the news came that changed everything.

Restrictions and new rules in place until further notice...

It felt like everything was on a knife-edge between survival, and an early end.

March 2020. Having just set up our fourth property to go live, the news came that changed everything.

Thankfully, we pulled through the following 12 months, using the time to plan, and get ready to relaunch...

Coming out of restrictions, business picked up fast!

So we committed to investing back into serving more clients, scaling to 11 locations by the end of 2021.

As well as more locations, we committed to continually upgrading our guest facilities and improving our service...

Which continues to be our priority today.

And it's because of this that we can ensure our properties are kept to our standard, from your day of arrival to check-out.
